The first couple weeks of training sessions were definitely very challenging!. She is an expert in weight training, nutrition and strength-building cardio, so she is able to provide the best exercises for my body type and personal goal. She makes sure that I fully understand a move before doing it and that my form is correct so I don’t hurt myself. I really enjoy going to each session, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my upper body strength and some slimming on my waist, legs, and arms. I have been training with Ashley for almost two years. She really motivates me and keeps me going when I want to give up. She does a great job of working with me and understanding my goals.
Due to having many injuries and limitations, Ashley tailors the workouts to my needs while still making everything safe, fun, dynamic and challenging. She never pushes me to work through my injuries, but instead provides alternate solutions which still meet that workout’s goals. She understands where I may have weaknesses and helps me develop those areas into strengths.
